Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

RETURNS


The Kit Area only accepts returns of new products, without any kind of damage or signs of use, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order.
To proceed with the return you must contact us via email. This email should contain the order number and reference of the product you want to return. Once the return is confirmed by our team, you should send the article to the address indicated, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.


The articles for exchange or return should be sent directly to us.


We do not accept returns of the following items: personalised items.


If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.


ORDER CANCELLATION


It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in pending status, which means that it has not yet been packaged and has not left our warehouses. Contact our customer support for the cancellation of the order.


EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS


Exchanges of products are accepted. However, these requests are subject to previous stock confirmation. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service.



REFUND METHODS AND DEADLINES


The Kit Area will do its best to reimburse the customer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of arrival of the return.

In the case of cancelled orders (paid orders that have not yet been sent), the maximum deadline for reimbursement is 14 (fourteen) days.

The refund will be made as follows:

- Payments by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself

- Payments by ATM, contact our customer support for the refund to be transferred to your account (IBAN and SWIFT)


REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS


The shipping costs of the shipment and the order return will be supported by the customer.



UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES: REFUND OR RESHIPMENT


If delivery is successfully attempted but the order remains unclaimed, you will be notified and offered two options:

Shop Voucher: Receive a full refund in the form of a shop voucher, valid for future purchases on our website.
Reshipment: Pay a reshipment fee to have your order sent again. Additional shipping costs may apply.


If no response is received, the order will be automatically refunded as a shop voucher.

Please note: Unclaimed deliveries may be subject to additional fees or restocking charges.
